To enter, answer the survey on our site and complete the official entry form by entering your name, complete email address and the answers to the questions. This promotion is opened to all legal participants at time of entry. Press "ENTER PROMOTION" on the promotion home page and your entry will be on automatically forwarded into the promotion drawing. Only one (1) entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunction or failure or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this promotion. Illegal or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Bunker Guitar Technology. The Winner will be selected from all correct and eligible electronic and mail entries in random drawings to be held on our about the first day of July by an independent judge, whose decisions and interpretations of the rules are final in all matters relating to this program. By participating in this program, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judge(s). Names of the monthly winner will be placed on the Bunker Guitar Technology web site and will be notified by email (or by overnight mail if entered by mail) on our about the seventh day following the drawing. By entering the promotion by email, entrants agree to review their email or Bunker Guitar Technology's web site ( by 5 p.m. P.S.T. on the eighth they following the drawing. Confirm winners will be announced on the Bunker Guitar Technology web site on net same-day. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability form within 14 days of receipt of the form or in alternate winner will be selected in the subsequent random drawing. Return of any prize notification as on deliverable either by email or by mail will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. There are no substitutions for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case of prize of equal or greater value, at the discretion of the sponsors, will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. If selected as a winner, the winner agrees (except where prohibited) to allow Bunker Guitar Technology to use their names, likeness, entry contents, biographical data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Winners also agree to provide Bunker Guitar Technology with a photograph of themselves with the guitar or bass they have won within two weeks of receiving their prize. All entrants agree that Bunker Guitars will have the right to notify them by email of upcoming events, sales promotions and monthly news letters. PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Bunker Guitar Technology custom guitar or bass as specified on winners official entry form, value not to exceed $1795.00. NOTE: Taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility of the promotion winner. Promotion is opened to persons over the age of 18 at time of entry. Bunker Guitar Technology, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree that sponsor(s) a and judge(s) of this promotion shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof. Bunker Guitar Technology has no liability for technical or computer malfunctions and it reserves the right to cancel this promotion any event of any viral infection or any reason that it deems appropriate. |
